It seems like it's been forever since I posted and looking at the dates, it seems that I am right...

On May 10th, I made one of the hardest decisions and that was to release Quinn, my beautiful striped tabby with the lime green eyes, back to the Goddess. A month later, I find myself noticing the void that remains in the house on a daily basis

On to a brighter note, I saw Cirque Du Soliel's Varekai yesterday and was impressed (as always) by the music and visuals. My goal is to see all the shows, three down and bunch to go.... We're planning to head back to Vegas soon to see "O" and "Zumanity".

My friend, Mary, also came out to Colorado to spend the long Memorial Day weekend with me and I was so glad to see her and we had a great time. Of course, I took her to Estes Park to meet Bella, Brian and to see their stores. We also rode the light rail train downtown for an art show on Saturday. Sunday friends were over to BBQ and it was a blast. I can't decide if the highlight of the day was Dirk and Brian fighting over how to pronounce our last name or Maxwell beating Matilda up over a rope toy. It's never dull at our house.

Next week I've got 5 nights of Dead concerts at Red Rocks to look forward to!
